Make a Real Impact. Shape Futures. Drive Quality

Are you super-organised, people-focused, and passionate about helping young people step confidently into the world of work?

We’re looking for a proactive T-Level Work Placement Coordinator to join our Work Experience team - a role at the heart of connecting students, tutors and employers to deliver outstanding, compliant T-Level industry placements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • In this front-line role, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring every T-Level placement runs smoothly, safely and in full compliance. You will:
  • Deliver excellent administrative and organisational support across all T-Level placement processes
  • Match students to the right employers and ensure all paperwork, guidance and systems are fully up to date
  • Work closely with tutors, students, and employers to agree objectives, complete reviews, record hours and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise confidently with employers, ensuring they’re fully briefed, engaged and oriented to T-Level requirements
  • Co‑ordinate due diligence checks (including H&S) and maintain accurate records across CRM and work experience systems
  • Track placement progress through reporting, monitoring and communication with faculty staff
  • Support students through drop-ins and preparation sessions to help them thrive on placement
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Work Experience and Employer Engagement teams
  • Contribute to events, presentations and staff training to strengthen the college’s work placement offer

What You’ll Bring

  • Brilliant organisational skills and a love of keeping systems, processes and records in top shape
  • Confidence communicating with a wide range of people — students, faculty staff and employers
  • A team-first approach and willingness to support colleagues during busy periods
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for helping students succeed in real‑world environments
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a supportive, forward‑thinking team that plays a key role in shaping students’ futures and strengthening employer engagement across the College. Every day, your work will make a visible difference - to students, to employers, and to our community.

If you’re organised, motivated, and ready to jump into a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

Closing Date: 22 April 2026, noon
